Technisource Posts Their Client Needs a Copywriter

And it looks like Technisource could use an editor. Here are the first two lines of the ad on Careerbuilder:
Were in search of an experienced Copywriter for a long term contract opportunity with our client in downtown Chicago who is a leader in the Retail industry.
Company is located in downtown Chicago.
Every week I find at least one error in a job posting. Several companies have posted they are searching for a "Manger" with great attention to detail. Oh, the irony.
This is really frustrating for those of us who do pay attention to detail but are not employed.

First Internet Bank of Indiana Login Fun
I have an account with the First Internet Bank of Indiana and called them some time ago to inquire about their login process. After you enter your user name and password they have three security questions you must answer before you can proceed. As soon as you enter all the answers they ask if you want to skip the process the next time you login, and I always answer YES, that my computer is private and I would like to skip the three security questions the next time I visit. I always end up having to do it anyway. When I called to inquire about this their customer service rep suggested that to make things easy on myself I should answer each of the three questions with a short word like 'red'. Seriously, this was his response to my complaint.
In addition, when you make a payment you get this message:
Thank you. Your On-Demand ACH Deposits (Credits) will be processed.
There's no payment date and no payment amount indicated. For a system that requires so much information each time I log in you'd think they'd do a little work and provide some information about the payment that was just made.
Their system could use some help.

Citicards Last Login Data
I just logged into my Citicard account to make a payment and noticed at the top of the screen that it stated I was last logged in on Sunday, January 29th at 5am est. I know I wasn't online at that time. Wondering if my account had been hacked, I called their customer service number. Customer service had no idea so they transferred me to someone in technical support. She had no idea either so she put me on hold. After a few moments she returned to tell me that the date and time indicated as my last login was when their system was updated. I asked why their system update would be reflected as a log in for me. She said she didn't know but added, "we do have to update our system."
I always looked at the log in data as a measure of security but based on what I was told this isn't the case, at least not at Citicard.
So what's the point of even having it?????
